Y’all. My. House. Was. A. Hot. Dang. Mess. I was beyond embarrassed that long work hours, depression and 2 dogs created the nightmare I was living in. They were amazing. I was struggling to get the junk and grossness out of my bedrooms, and they just stepped in like they were heaven-sent to compassionately deal with me. There was no judgment. They just went to work and helped me move furniture and some other items. Someone who’s never had a pet or even dust bunnies put cream-colored Berber carpet in a rental house. Let me tell you — it was not cream-colored when they arrived. But when they finished it was a solid shade of clean CREAM! They treated the pet puddles and removed all the stains. It smells fresh and wonderful. If Jesus had a carpet cleaning business, this would be it. They were kind, thoughtful, hard-working, helpful, on-time and fast. I received the type of service that you think only exists in mid-century commercials. Tanja and Ivan were the best!! They treated my home like it was theirs. They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the job was done well–and exceeded my expectations. I’ve considered using companies via one of the coupon sites, but always felt like they would do the bare minimum once I spoke to a representative. I’m so glad that I called K & C Chem-Dry. This company just finished cleaning my carpet on the top and bottom floor. It is the best it’s looked since I moved into my home five years ago. They are amazing.
